My previous article deals with “How to Live With Depression”. It is stated in the article that depression affects all age groups and all races. It is the doctor who can accurately diagnose such disorder because he or she may perform physical examination and other tests to the patient. In the fields of psychiatry and psychology, depression refers to the chronic and severe levels of perceived sadness, loss of pleasure or interest and helplessness. If you have a tendency to get anxious, nervous or if you get insomnia on a regular basis, the underlying cause may be caffeine-related. Caffeine is present in many things such as coffee, energy drinks and chocolate. It is a less well-known drug, and should be consumed with caution. Aim to drink no more than 3 cups a day. Those who are caffeine-intolerant, whose symptoms still persist, will have to give up caffeine entirely before their symptoms will subside.
